Acid Blue 120 Use and Manufacturing
Using m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 1-naphthylamine and Np-tolyl peri acid as raw materials, first diazotize m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, couple with 1-naphthylamine, and then The coupling product is diazotized and coupled with N-p-tolyl peri-acid to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing. . Add 0.05mol m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 0.0403mol sulfuric acid and 100mL water into the reactor and mix well, cool to 8-10℃, add 0.05mol sodium nitrite within 10-15min, continue to stir for 30-40min after addition, Complete the diazotization reaction. Take 0.05175mol 1-naphthylamine, 0.05255mol hydrochloric acid and 104mL water to mix into a suspension, heat to 70-80℃ to dissolve 1-naphthylamine (must be maintained at about 50℃), add the above solution to weight within 30min In the nitrogen solution, maintain the coupling temperature at 15-18°C. After adding, continue to stir for 10 minutes. During coupling, 20% sodium hydroxide solution should be added to maintain the pH of the reaction solution at about 3.5. After the reaction is over, add 20% sodium hydroxide solution to make the pH value 8-8.5, and stir well for 20 minutes. Add about 70g of common salt to salt out to obtain a monoazo dye suspension. Cool the suspension on Shanghan to 5°C, add 0.0145mol sodium nitrite, and then add a mixture of 0.1651mol sulfuric acid and 20g ice, then add 0.0435mol sodium nitrite within 15 minutes and keep the temperature at 5-10°C. Stir for 5h, filter, and mix the filter cake with 130g ice water to form a suspension. Add 0.045mol of p-tolyl peri-acid and 150mL of water to the reactor and mix well, then add an appropriate amount of sodium carbonate, and heat to 40-50℃ to dissolve, then add 200mL of water to dilute, and a trace of acetic acid makes it weakly acidic. Add 8.5g of sodium acetate, add the above-mentioned diazonium suspension when the temperature is cooled to 13-15°C, complete the addition within 5 minutes, and continue to stir for 2-3 hours to the end. Let stand overnight. Then neutralize with sodium hydroxide to weakly alkaline, heat to 60-70°C, add salt to salt out, cool, filter, wash, dry, and crush to obtain the product.
