Henkel offers solutions for digitalization

 On January 5, Henkel announced that it will continue to develop breakthrough products and provide innovative thermal control solutions for the development of next-generation data centers, aiming to improve the performance and stability of data center equipment and help data centers operate safely and low-carbon operations.

Lin Yi, Sales Director of Communication Data Center and Power Industrial Automation at Henkel Asia Pacific, said that the continuous expansion of the data center industry and the direction of energy conservation and low carbon development require energy conservation and carbon reduction from more dimensions such as liquid cooling and green energy storage. This requires more efficient thermal management solutions.

For this purpose, Henkel has developed Micro TIM, an ultra-resistant pluggable interface coating material. This product has excellent durability and can withstand about 500 repeated mating cycles. In addition, Henkel will soon introduce new high thermal conductivity phase change materials to provide solutions for central processing and graphics processor chip applications in data center switch servers and other equipment.
