L'Oréal signs exclusive global licensing agreement with Miu Miu
Recently, L'Oreal's official website announced that it has signed an exclusive global licensing agreement with Miu Miu.
The announcement mentioned that L'Oréal Group signed a global long-term licensing agreement to create, develop and distribute luxury beauty products for the Miu Miu brand. Following a successful collaboration with the Prada brand, Miu Miu now joins L'Oréal's high-end cosmetics department to open a new beauty chapter. The first batch of Miu Miu fragrances owned by L'Oréal is expected to be launched in 2025. The agreement will be effective subject to customary regulatory approvals, if any.
Cyril Chapuy, President of L'Oréal Premium Cosmetics, said: “Over the past few years, we have successfully established a very strong partnership with the Prada team. We are now delighted to welcome Miu Miu and together unlock its potential for excellence in beauty. With its unique positioning, driven by boundless creativity and experimentation, Miu Miu will perfectly complement L'Oréal Premium Cosmetics' portfolio of iconic brands and strengthen their global leadership in the fragrance category.
