Azelis acquires CPS Chemicals (Coatings) to strengthen presence in South Africa
Azelis has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of CPS Chemicals (Coatings) Pty Ltd, a distributor of specialty chemicals for the paints, inks, resins, paper, plastics and rubber industries.
The acquisition expands the Group’s footprint in South Africa and complements Azelis’ horizontal value chain in the CASE sector. This will enable Azelis to better serve its customers and accelerate its growth in South Africa and the wider EMEA region.
