Hempel A/S completes divestment of JW Ostendorf and Renaulac
Hempel A/S has completed the sale of its JW Ostendorf and Renaulac businesses in France and Germany to Fidelium Partners, with approval from the relevant authorities. Hempel A/S announced the sale in May 2024. Under the terms of the agreement, the details of the transaction will remain confidential.
The new owner, Fidelium Partners, has taken over the production sites in Germany and the stores in France, as well as around 500 employees and a number of customers.
