Shaanxi's largest polyolefin project DMTO second line produces qualified ethylene propylene
On June 1, the construction headquarters of Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. organized the filling and replenishment project DMTO device line 2 to successfully fill in one time, marking the successful completion of the maintenance and elimination of the device and the smooth start of the whole system.
On June 2, the second line of the DMTO plant passed a good news, and the samples of ethylene and propylene products sent to the intermediate tank area were qualified for analysis. So far, after the device was repaired and repaired, the material was successfully fed at one time and qualified products were successfully produced, which laid a solid foundation for the company's follow-up device start-up operation.
It is understood that in order to ensure a successful start-up of the device after repair and maintenance, the relevant person in charge of the device planned and carefully organized in advance to formulate detailed start-up nodes and precautions for feeding materials. The device has undergone a series of preparations such as the heating of the reactor and the reactor, the addition of catalyst, the establishment of a cold cycle for the methanol feed system, the trial operation of the three major units, the replacement and flushing of the water system, and the establishment of propylene reflux by the propylene refrigeration compressor and the propylene tower. After that, the reactor was successfully fed at one time. At present, various parameters are gradually being adjusted to normal operating values. After each operating parameter reaches the specified indicators, the reaction gas compressor starts to work in parallel, and enters the olefin separation unit operation adjustment stage.
At present, the reaction gas compressor of the olefin separation unit of the device is successfully combined and runs smoothly, and the propylene refrigeration compressor and the propylene rectification tower are fully refluxed. Next, the second line of the DMTO plant will continue to monitor and adjust all operating parameters to achieve all-round management and control of the entire start-up process to ensure that qualified diolefin products are produced on time.
Project Overview
Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd.'s first-stage start-up project (Yanchang Jingbian second-stage project) invested 14.413 billion yuan, using coal and natural gas as raw materials to build 1.8 million tons/year of methanol and 600,000 tons/year Annual methanol-to-olefin, 400,000 tons/year polypropylene and 300,000 tons/year low-density polyethylene/ethylene-vinyl acetate polyester (LDPE/EVA) integrated equipment. After it is put into operation, Yunenghua's polyolefin production capacity will reach 1.9 million tons/year, which is currently the largest polyolefin construction project in Shaanxi Province.
