Xingxing Lantian's 400,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia plant was put into operation
Recently, Yichang Xingxing Lantian Technology Co., Ltd., a coal chemical transformation and upgrading project with a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan, was officially put into operation and produced qualified liquid ammonia.
The project is a key construction project in Hubei Province and a representative project of industrial energy-saving technological transformation in Yichang City. It is located in the Yidu Green Ecological Industrial Park of Xingfa Group, with a planned total investment of 2.386 billion yuan and an area of 384 acres. Through upgrading and transformation, a new set of 400,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia production equipment is built. The main construction content is air separation, gasification, purification, synthesis and other production equipment and boilers, circulating water, sewage treatment, torches and other supporting utilities. After the device reaches production and efficiency, it can achieve an annual output value of more than 1 billion yuan.
The project introduced the industry's advanced coal-water slurry gasification technology, isothermal transformation, low-temperature methanol scrubbing gas purification, low-pressure ammonia synthesis and other technologies to further improve the adaptability of raw coal and reduce comprehensive energy consumption and unit manufacturing costs. At the same time, the project also pays attention to environmental protection. After the project is completed and put into operation, all emission indicators have reached the domestic advanced level. Among them, the SO emission indicator can be reduced to 30mg/m3, basically achieving ultra-clean emissions.
It is understood that after the entire plant is operating normally, Xingxing Lantian will further build a 1 million tons/year ammonia alcohol co-production plant, and strive to establish a complete coal chemical industry chain.
