Unquoted Tianqi toothpaste package auction

On June 12, Ali auction platform showed that the first auction of Tianqi trademark and equipment real estate and other assets ended at 10:00 on June 12, and was watched 13,000 times. 311 people were alerted, only 2 people signed up to participate, but none of them offered a price, and finally the auction was aborted. Its parent company, Guangxi Aoqili Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aoqili"), has also sold 13 trademarks in the auction.
In response to questions from netizens about whether the price will be lowered after the auction, the official Weibo of Ali Auction said that the price will normally be lowered in the second auction, but the price reduction will not exceed 20% of the initial price of the first auction. The specific amount of price reduction in this range will be decided by the court, and the actual page of the second auction shall prevail. But if the price has been reduced, there is also the possibility of maintaining a price. According to the auction announcement, Tianqi Trademark was auctioned in packages by Aqili. The auction involved Oqili's ownership of land use rights at No. 1 Road, Garden Road, Wuzhou Wangfu Export-oriented Industrial Park, A7, A8 land use rights, houses and buildings on the ground, toothpaste and wet towel production equipment, and seven trademarks of Tianqi. The total appraisal price of all the property participating in the auction is 233 million yuan, and the initial bid price is 163 million yuan. At the same time, 13 trademarks such as "Founding of the People's Republic, Wei Jibao, Er Ji, Chuanshen, Liwai and Oqili" will also be auctioned online, with an estimated price of 40956,000 yuan and an initial price of 286,692,000 yuan.
It is reported that the parent company of Tianqi, Aqili, was founded in 1945 and acquired by Harbin Xiaosheng Group in 2002. In 2014, it was forced to stop production because of the increase of financial costs and shortage of funds. In 2016, the assets reorganization, invested 140 million yuan by Shanghai Qinlian Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Financial Control Co., Ltd. established Tianqi Company in Guangxi. Its operation center and scientific research center were transferred to Shanghai and Shanghai Tianqi Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
