100 Kinds of Unquarantined Pork Captured in Huanjiang, Guangxi

In recent days, animal husbandry and veterinary station, market supervision and Management Bureau and police station of Da'an Township, Maonan Autonomous County of Huanjiang River have jointly carried out special inspection on the prevention and control of African swine fever.
The inspection focused on the farm markets and slaughterhouses in the jurisdiction. It inspected the storage, inspection and ticket collection of pork food operators. It required that pork purchased by the operators must hold a chapter of "two certificates" and make clear the acceptance of the purchased pork, make good records of entry and exit, and strictly prohibit the storage and sale of pork without legal sources. Meat product. At the same time, law enforcement personnel also popularize food safety law and African swine fever prevention and control knowledge to operators, enhance operators'awareness of responsibility, and ensure food safety.
More than 100 kilograms of pork without inspection and quarantine were seized during this inspection, and harmless destruction was carried out on the spot to protect the "tongue tip safety" of the masses.
