Market Supervision Bureau of Huaibei carries out special investigation on food

In order to fully understand the situation of food production and operation in Xiangshan small workshops and further improve the quality management level of food production and operation in Xiangshan small workshops, recently, Jiang Haifeng, deputy director of Huaibei Xiangshan Market Supervision Bureau, led a team to conduct a special investigation on five small workshops within the jurisdiction of Fenghuangshan food and Drug Branch, Quyang market supervision office and Qugou market supervision office. In this survey, several representative small food production and processing workshops, such as tofu production workshop, solid fermentation liquor workshop, beer production workshop and meat product production workshop, were inspected on site. The sanitary conditions of production and processing, inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, production process layout, processing facilities and equipment, use of food additives, product labeling and other aspects were mainly inspected. Through on-site supervision and inspection, we have understood the current food safety management loopholes and potential risk points in the small food production and processing workshops in our district, and provided a clear direction and focus for future improvement. According to the actual situation of each workshop, the upgrading and rectification suggestions are proposed.

After the survey, a workshop Research Symposium was held in the conference room of science and technology innovation building. The person in charge of the relevant market office discussed the practice, experience and difficulties of the small workshop management, and put forward suggestions. Deputy director Jiang Haifeng pointed out that the first is to further do a good job in the investigation of small workshops within the jurisdiction and eliminate the hidden dangers in time; the second is to standardize the production and operation of small workshops and formulate the promotion plan of small workshops; the third is to actively help the transformation and enhance the creation of highlights; the fourth is to strengthen the law enforcement and ban illegal operation. In the next step, the district market supervision bureau will actively promote the transformation and upgrading of small food production and processing workshops in the District, further guide small workshops to regulate production, enhance food safety awareness, and ensure the food safety of the people.
