Xinjiang establishes the first key laboratory of energy conservation
On May 5, the reporter learned from Xinjiang energy conservation and emission reduction scientific research association that seven units including Xinjiang energy conservation and emission reduction Scientific Research Association jointly established the first key laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction in Western China. On the same day, the construction unit of Xinjiang Key Laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction held a construction promotion Symposium. The participants said that they had a good prospect for Xinjiang Key Laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction. According to Zhou Bin, the full-time director of Xinjiang energy conservation and emission reduction Scientific Research Association, President of Xinjiang Environmental Protection and energy conservation scientific research institute and chief expert of energy conservation and emission reduction, Xinjiang Key Laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction is a Key Laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction at the level of autonomous region, which is jointly established by industry organizations, universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises and institutions in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction in Xinjiang A comprehensive production, learning and research experimental platform with the theme of emission reduction chemical industry.
Pan birong, executive vice president of Xinjiang energy conservation and emission reduction scientific research association and consultant of Xinjiang energy conservation and emission reduction expert committee, said that there would be many difficulties in the early stage of construction, but there would be many good things to do, and each participating construction unit would communicate with each other more, formulate the laboratory management measures, and strictly implement them according to the regulations on photography. The laboratory will provide basic research and decision-making consulting services for more units; provide technical development and achievement transformation in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction; and provide supporting services for the orderly development of energy conservation and emission reduction industry. Liu Zunqi, vice president of the school of chemical engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University, introduced that the laboratory mainly relies on the master's degree of "Chemistry" and the master's degree of biology and medicine of the school of chemical engineering, combines with the energy conservation and emission reduction industry of Xinjiang, highlights the advantages of the chemical discipline of agricultural universities, forms a new interdisciplinary development mode of energy conservation and emission reduction, agriculture, chemistry and chemical industry, and accelerates the energy conservation and emission reduction in Xinjiang Innovation and upgrading, resource development, cultivation and comprehensive utilization, so as to reduce the pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction industry in Xinjiang, mainly in the fields of agricultural chemical pollution, soil salinization, utilization of agricultural three wastes, classified utilization of solid waste resources, development of new materials, etc. According to the introduction, in March 2019, Zhou Bin, President of Xinjiang Environmental Protection and energy conservation research institute, and other experts proposed to develop the advantages of all parties to establish the Xinjiang Key Laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction, which was established in combination with the advantages of energy conservation and emission reduction industry and the School of chemical industry, and became the first key laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction in Western China. It is understood that with the support of Xinjiang Association of science and technology and Xinjiang Agricultural University, seven units, including Xinjiang energy conservation and emission reduction Scientific Research Association, energy conservation and emission reduction engineering office, Xinjiang energy conservation and emission reduction expert committee, Xinjiang Agricultural University School of chemical engineering, participated in the construction and established the Key Laboratory of energy conservation and emission reduction.
