Function and Efficacy
The experiment used LACA mice as the observation object, and the drug was administered by gavage, and antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic tests were conducted. The results showed that the product could significantly reduce the number of coughs caused by ammonia in guinea pigs (P < 0.01), and significantly increase the excretion of phenol red in the mouse trachea (P < 0.01), but no significant antiasthmatic effect was found.
