    Polymer Polyol 15%

Polymer polyol is used with flexible polyether polyol to produce high-resilient flexible foam with high hardness. It can improve the load-bearing property of the polyurethane foam. In solid content, there are 10%,15%, 25%, 45%, 50%. It is also suitable to produce semi-rigid polyurethane foam. This polyol can suit TDI, TDI/MDI mixture and MDI polymer system.

POP15G polymeric polyol is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile, its solid content is 14~16% without the use of  BHTPOP15G polyol is designed for use in high load-bearing foams over a wide density range, like slabstock foam and memory foam ,to increase foam hardness. This polyol can be used in formulations of all TDI, TDI /Polymeric MDI blends and  all Polymeric MDI compositions.

    Performance advantages
•Widely used in various flexible foam with a wide density range
    •Appropriate viscosity
    •Low VOC
    •Uniform density

    Air and Water Reactions:

No rapid reaction with air. No rapid reaction with water.

    Reactive Group:

    Alcohols and Polyols

    Reactivity Profile:

POLYPROPYLENE GLYCOL is an alcohol. Flammable and/or toxic gases are generated by the combination of alcohols with alkali metals, nitrides, and strong reducing agents. They react with oxoacids and carboxylic acids to form esters plus water. Oxidizing agents convert them to aldehydes or ketones. Alcohols exhibit both weak acid and weak base behavior. They may initiate the polymerization of isocyanates and epoxides.

    Flammable Limits:

Lower flammable limit: 2.6% by volume; Upper flammable limit: 12.5% by volume
