Basic essence
ML10 is a specialized small molecule imaging probe for detecting apoptosis. It is only used for laboratory testing of cells and tissues outside the body and does not belong to oral conditioning, skin care or external use efficacy ingredients. It has no in vivo or external application health benefits.
Core mechanism of action
When cells enter the early stage of programmed cell death (apoptosis), phosphatidylserine on the inner side of the cell membrane will flip to the surface. ML10 can specifically bind to this flipped phospholipid and will not attach to the surface of healthy cells or necrotic damaged cells, achieving precise distinction of apoptotic cells.
