Drug Function and Efficacy

By binding to insulin receptors on muscle and fat cells, it promotes glucose absorption, inhibits liver glycogen release, and lowers blood sugar; it takes effect within 10-20 minutes after subcutaneous injection, the maximum effect time is 1-3 hours after injection, and the blood sugar lowering effect can last for 3-5 hours.

Ingredients	Chemical name: Insulin Aspart (produced by yeast through genetic recombination technology). 1 unit (1U) is equivalent to 6nmol, 0.035mg of anhydrous insulin Aspart without salt. Molecular formula: C256H381N65O79S6, molecular weight: 5826. This product uses meta-cresol and phenol as antibacterial agents, and 0.172g of meta-cresol and 0.15g of phenol are added to every 100ml of this product. Other ingredients: glycerol, phenol, meta-cresol, zinc chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (pH adjuster), water for injection.
Indication	There are a number of drugs known to affect glucose metabolism. Drugs that may reduce insulin requirements Oral hypoglycemic agents (OHAs), octreotide, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), non-selective beta-adrenergic blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, salicylates, alcohol, anabolic steroids and thiamine preparations. Drugs that may increase insulin requirements: oral contraceptives, thiazide diuretics, glucocorticoids, thyroid hormones, sympathetic stimulants and danazol. Beta-blockers may mask the symptoms of hypoglycemia. Alcohol can intensify and prolong insulin-induced hypoglycemia. Contraindications Some chemicals added to insulin may cause degradation of insulin, such as: drugs containing sulfhydryl groups or sulfites.

Insulin Aspart 30 Injection
Ingredients	1ml suspension contains 100 units (100U) of soluble insulin aspart and protamine insulin aspart (equivalent to 3.5mg), with a ratio of 30:70. Its active ingredient is insulin aspart (produced by yeast through genetic recombination technology). One pen cartridge contains 3ml, equivalent to 300 units (300U). This product uses meta-cresol and phenol as antibacterial agents. 0.172g of meta-cresol and 0.15g of phenol are added to each 100ml of this product. Other ingredients are: glycerol, zinc (chloride), sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, protamine sulfate, sodium hydroxide (pH adjuster) or hydrochloric acid (pH adjuster) and water for injection.
Indication	Interactions with other drugs and other forms of interaction There are many drugs known to affect glucose metabolism. Drugs that may reduce insulin requirements: oral antidiabetic drugs, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), beta-blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, salicylates, anabolic steroids, and sulfonamides. Drugs that may increase insulin requirements: oral contraceptives, thiazide diuretics, glucocorticoids, thyroid hormones, sympathomimetics, growth hormone, and danazol. Beta-blockers can mask the symptoms of hypoglycemia. Octreotide/lanreotide may increase or decrease insulin requirements. Alcohol can enhance or reduce the glucose-lowering effect of insulin.
