Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2, 6-diaminoanthraquinone, ω-trichlorotoluene, and sulfur as raw materials, using cuprous chloride as a catalyst, the product is condensed in molten refined naphthalene, and the product is obtained by acid treatment, oxidation, filtration, crushing and drying. . Heat 31.6kg 2, 6-diaminoanthraquinone (100%), 70kg ω-trichlorotoluene (100%), 13.5kg sulfur, 0.27kg cuprous chloride and 100kg refined naphthalene together to 185℃, condensation reaction 6h , Then heat up to 225°C, and then naturally cool down to 180°C, then add 50kg of refined naphthalene and filter while hot at 140°C. The filter cake is washed 2-3 times with 200kg refined naphthalene, and the filter cake is dried and crushed. The crushed filter cake is acid treated with 450kg of industrial sulfuric acid and 4500L of water, then filtered, and the filter cake is washed with water to neutrality. Take the neutral warm filter cake and beat it with 200kg water, then add 100kg sodium hypochlorite solution (10%), heat up to 70°C for oxidation for 1 hour, adjust pH=8, filter, wash with water to neutral, dry and grind to obtain the finished product.

Used for color matching and printing of cotton and silk fabrics, and also for dyeing viscose, polyester/cotton, and cotton/cotton
