Iprobenfos Use and Manufacturing
For the production method of Isomapijing, please refer to the production of Meibijing. The production at the Fuji Plant of Japan Combina Chemicals Anbara Chemical is divided into three steps: esterification, sulfur addition, and benzylation. The plant uses a continuous method to esterify phosphorus trichloride and isopropanol to produce diisopropyl phosphite. Extracting the hydrogen chloride generated by the reaction as soon as possible is the key to the quality and yield of esterified products. Vulcanization adopts batch and intermittent operation, and the solvent used is distilled and recovered by a cryogenic device, starting at 25°C, the second stage -5°C, and finally -40°C, so that all the solvents in the tail gas are recovered. Two 9m3 reactors are used for benzylation to remove unreacted benzyl chloride and other impurities in the condensation reaction, and a thin-film vacuum concentration device is used. After purification, the purity of the product reaches 94%-96%, and the total yield is calculated as phosphorus trichloride. 86%~88%; 98%~99% calculated as benzyl chloride. There are 5 people in each shift in the whole workshop, producing 10×103kg crude oil per day. Guogu has also studied the method of synthesizing isomapyrin in one step with aqueous ammonia method, with a yield of 92%.
This product is an efficient, low-toxic organophosphorus fungicide. Mainly used to control rice blast. 38-39% emulsion, dosage is 150g/mu, diluted 300-600 times, use is about 85%. Secondly, it is used to control rice sclerotinia sclerotiorum and sheath blight, and also has certain effect on blight. And can control black-tailed leafhoppers, planthoppers, when mixed with other pesticides, can improve its efficacy. The combination of rice blast net and malathion has a toxin effect.
