Completely stop supplying domestic 2,4-D butyl ester production
On January 28, 2021, the last 2,4-D butyl ester product that can be supplied for domestic use-the 50% ethyl atrazine butyl ester suspoemulsion registration certificate PD20160077 expires and will no longer be renewed, which shows that, Starting from January 29, 2021, my country will completely stop supplying domestic production of 2,4-D butyl ester products; from January 29, 2023, my country will completely stop the operation and operation of domestic 2,4-D butyl ester products. Use (calculated according to the product validity period of 2 years). At the same time, it also means that all 2,4-D butyl ester products sold on the domestic market that are nominally produced after January 29, 2021 (inclusive) should be recognized as fake pesticides.
On December 31, 2015, the former General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture issued the "Minutes of the Eighteenth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth National Pesticide Registration Review Committee", based on "2,4-D butyl ester is volatile, and it is easy to cause registered crops and Adjacent crop phytotoxicity accident; acute toxicity to aquatic organisms is high, chronic toxicity is manifested as survival rate and reproductive decline; there is a risk of endocrine interference to humans" product use monitoring and risk evaluation results, the review committee recommended: "no longer accept , Approve field trials and registration applications for pesticide products containing 2,4-D butyl ester; applications for registration renewal of pesticide products containing 2,4-D butyl ester are no longer accepted, and relevant product registration renewals will be stopped".
As of January 29, 2021, there are still 28 2,4-D-butyl ester product registration certificates exclusively for export (not for sale in the country), including 6 original drugs and 21 preparations, involving 6 production The companies are: Dalian Songliao Chemical Co., Ltd. in Liaoning Province (96% of the original drug and 15 preparations), Jiamusi Heilong Pesticide Co., Ltd. (92% of the original drug and 2 preparations), Shandong Weifang Runfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. (96% % Technical materials and 2 preparations), Jiangsu Huifeng Biological Agriculture Co., Ltd. (96% technical materials and 2 preparations), Jiangsu Yongtaifeng Crop Science Co., Ltd. (96% technical materials and 1 preparation), Hebei Wanquanhua Chemical limited liability company (only 96% of the original medicine).
Introduction to 2,4-D Butyl Ester
2,4-D butyl ester is a hormone-type selective herbicide. It has strong systemic conductivity and high efficacy. At very low concentrations (<0.01%), it can inhibit the normal growth and development of plants, causing deformities until death. It is mainly used for post-emergence stem and leaf treatment, with good spreadability, strong permeability, easy to enter the plant body, not easy to be washed by rain, sensitive to dicotyledonous weeds, and safe to cereal crops.
Applicable scope: Mainly suitable for wheat, barley, highland barley, corn, sorghum and other gramineous crop fields and gramineous pastures, to prevent and control Artemisia sowing, quinoa, Polygonum, mustard, ionweed, chickweed, amaranthus, humulus, etc. Broad-leaved weeds such as wattle, sorrel, cocklebur, cocklebur, field bindweed, purslane, etc., are not effective for gramineous weeds.
Phytotoxicity: 2.4-D butyl ester, when less than 0.001%, stimulates plant growth, when greater than 0.01%, inhibits plant growth, sensitive plants injured leaves, petioles and stem tips curl, stem base becomes thicker, swollen, cracked and moldy. Damaged roots become thicker and shorter, root hairs are missing, water and nutrient absorption and conduction are affected, and plants die in severe cases. Generally, corn leaves curled due to phytotoxicity symptoms, forming onion-like leaves, which are difficult to male, and the stalks are brittle and easy to break (break); the leaf color is dark green, severe leaves turn yellow, dry, and no ears; wheat exceeds the normal dosage by 1.5 When doubled, the ear neck and ear part become purple-brown, the population looks black from a distance, the infertile spikelet reaches 87%, and the yield is severely reduced. Damage to broad-leaved crops is often confused with aphid damage. 2.4-D-Butyl Injured leaves roll upwards, the leaves are parallel longitudinally, and the aphid-damaged leaves roll downwards; zucchini and squash are cultivated indoors, due to low temperature and lack of nutrients, they cannot stretch out in front of 5-8 leaves, and the veins are parallel longitudinally. Like the 2.4-D butyl ester phytotoxicity, the leaves are normal after the field, while the 2.4-D butyl ester phytotoxicity, the stem tip is shrunk and the stem tip is flat.
