Indonesia's natural rubber exports in the first 7 months of 2021 increase by 10.5% year-on-year
Data shows that in the first seven months of 2021, Indonesia's exports of natural rubber (excluding compound rubber) totaled 1.42 million tons, an increase of 10.5% year-on-year. Among them, the total export of standard rubber was 1.387 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 11.6%; the export of smoked sheet rubber was 31,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 20.5%; the export of latex was 1,600 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 43%.
From January to July, natural rubber exports to China totaled 104,000 tons, down 46% year-on-year; exports of mixed rubber to China totaled 18,000 tons, down 74% year-on-year.
In general, Indonesia’s total exports of natural rubber and mixed rubber in the first 7 months were 1.438 million tons, an increase of 6.2% year-on-year; the total exports to China were 122,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 54%.
