Xuanwei plans to establish a new headquarters in the United States

On September 12, Xuanwei announced that the company had launched an initiative to explore new R&D facilities and new global headquarters programs. This action is the result of Xuanwei's constant review of its facilities requirements, as it strives to best meet the current and future needs of customers and employees.
"The significant growth and global expansion of the company in the past decades have led to unsatisfactory allocation of headquarters, offices and R&D institutions in many locations," said John G. Morikis, chairman and CEO of Xuanwei. "Given the limitations of our current footprint and driven by customer needs, we are exploring long-term solutions that will help us improve productivity and efficiency, enhance technology and innovation, enhance collaboration, support recruitment and retention, and reduce maintenance costs." As part of the exploration process, Xuanwei will consider a number of potential locations, including those in Cleveland, northeastern Ohio and several other states. It is expected that the transition to new facilities will not take place until 2023 and will require the approval of the board of directors.
Xuanwei is currently headquartered at 101 Vision Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, and has been the headquarters of Xuanwei since 1930. Xuanwei has a number of factories in northeastern Ohio with about 4400 employees. Over the years, Xuanwei will continue to update its employees and external stakeholders. At the same time, Xuanwei will continue to devote itself to service, quality and innovation in order to promote the company's commitment to helping global customers succeed.
