In the 20 million tons / year refining and chemical integration project of Hengli Petrochemical phase II, there are 14 main units, 2 300000 tons crude oil terminals and more than 360 supporting tanks, which is a very large refining and chemical integration project built in one time since the founding of the people's Republic of China. In the process of project development, in order to improve the theoretical and practical application level of Hengli owner and relevant coating construction participants, the on-site coating technical consultant of Jotun has conducted more than 40 training sessions in two years, with more than 1000 trainees. In order to prevent rusting and blistering of paint after sedimentation test in the tank, Jotun Paint technical consultant has done a lot of tests in the process of plate prefabrication and tested 300000 paint film data, which is not a simple step to complete. The 60000 square meter storage tank has an internal sanding area. More than 300 tons of copper ore can't use cleaning equipment due to power overload. Nearly 100 workers "take out" the sand from the storage tank and apply for inspection. The technical consultant of Jotun works with them day and night to ensure that these tanks complete the coating work according to the quality and quantity. At the later stage of the project, Jotun's on-site technical consultant, under great working pressure, completed the inspection of more than 360 tanks' finished coating and relevant data testing, and made a system report to the owner for filing.
