Amikacin sulfate salt
Amikacin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that has antibacterial effects on most Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, some other Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Alcaligenes, meningococci, gonococci, influenza bacilli, Yersinia, Campylobacter fetus, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and some Mycobacterium. Its antibacterial activity is slightly lower than that of gentamicin. Its most prominent advantage is that it is stable against aminoglycoside deactivating enzymes produced by many intestinal Gram-negative bacilli and will not lose its antibacterial activity due to deactivation of such enzymes. The mechanism of action is to act on the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes and inhibit bacterial protein synthesis. Combination with semi-synthetic penicillins or cephalosporins often achieves synergistic antibacterial effects.

Captopril
This product is a competitive angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, which prevents angiotensin I from being converted into angiotensin II, thereby reducing peripheral vascular resistance and reducing water and sodium retention by inhibiting aldosterone secretion. This product can also dilate peripheral blood vessels by interfering with the degradation of bradykinin. For patients with heart failure, this product can also reduce capillary wedge pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance, increase cardiac output and exercise tolerance time.

This product has a layered structure and non-uniform charge distribution, which can fix and inhibit viruses, bacteria and toxins produced in the digestive tract. It has the ability to cover the digestive tract mucosa, and by combining with mucus glycoproteins, it repairs and improves the defense function of the mucosal barrier against attacking factors in terms of both quality and quantity.

CALCIUM GLUCONATE MONOHYDRATE
This product is a calcium supplement. Calcium can maintain the normal excitability of nerves and muscles and promote the secretion of acetylcholine by nerve endings. When serum calcium is low, the excitability of nerves and muscles may increase, resulting in convulsions. When blood calcium is too high, the excitability may decrease, resulting in weakness, etc. Calcium ions can improve the permeability of cell membranes, increase the density of capillaries, reduce exudation, and have an anti-allergic effect. Calcium ions can promote the calcification of bones and teeth. There is a competitive antagonism between high concentrations of calcium ions and magnesium ions, which can be used to rescue magnesium poisoning; calcium ions can react with fluoride to form insoluble calcium fluoride, which can be used to rescue fluoride poisoning.
