Dihydroergoline Mesylate Tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is an equal mixture of three dihydrogen derivatives of ergot alkaloids. It has a strong alpha receptor blocking effect and a central sympathetic nerve blocking effect, which dilates blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, slows heart rate, and reduces myocardial excitability. It inhibits the thermoregulatory center and inhibits reflex vasoconstriction caused by cold. Animal experiments have shown that dihydroergot mesylate changes brain neurotransmission. There are data showing that it has an agonist effect on dopamine receptors and a blocking effect on adrenal receptors. It improves damaged metabolic function and shortens brain circulation time. This effect is reflected in changes in brain electrical activity, with significant changes in the power spectrum of the electroencephalogram.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is dihydroergoline mesylate, which is composed of equal amounts of dihydroergoline mesylate, dihydroergocrine mesylate, and dihydroergocrine mesylate [dihydro-alpha;-ergocrine mesylate: dihydro-beta;-ergocrine mesylate (2:1)].
