Using 2-amino-5 (or 7), 6-dichlorobenzothiazole and N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline as raw materials, first diazotize the former and then couple with the latter to obtain the product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. . Add 190g H2SO4 (98%) and 20.6g 2-amino-5, 6-dichlorobenzothiazole into the diazotization reaction flask, stir and raise the temperature to 50°C to dissolve. Cool down to 30-40°C, add 130g of water, continue cooling to -2°C, slowly add 6mL NaNO2 solution (60%) dropwise, and keep at 0°C for 2h to obtain diazonium liquid. Add 100mL of water, 26g of H2SO4 (98%) and 18g of N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline to the coupling reaction flask, stir to dissolve, cool to 0℃, add 5g of sulfamic acid, and then dropwise add diazonium solution. Incubate at 0°C for 3h, add NaOH solution (30%) to adjust the pH to 1, keep for 1.5h, and heat to 50-60°C for 1h. The finished product is filtered, washed with water and dried.
Disperse Scarlet GS is suitable for dyeing polyester, acetate, and nylon. It is a bright red dye at medium temperature. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt dyeing. Dyeing performance and fastness are good. When used for dyeing polyester-cotton blended fabrics, it stains cotton more firmly.
