Chongqing Chemical New Materials Enterprise: expected to reach its output value

On July 15, Chongqing Economic and Information Commission reported that the transformation of Chongqing's chemical industry structure has achieved initial results. Since the start of eliminating backward production capacity in the chemical industry, 17 chemical enterprises in the city have failed to meet the standard, and 100,000 tons/year sulphuric acid production lines have been eliminated. From January to June, BASF and other new chemical materials enterprises are expected to achieve output value of 9.085 billion yuan, an increase of 8.4% over the previous year, accounting for 19% of the city's chemical output value. In the first half of this year, the total industrial output value of the chemical industry is expected to reach 46.22 billion yuan, an increase of 2.4%.
