Caprylyl glycol belongs to the group of 1,2 glycolic ingredients used in cosmetics; this group of compounds has skin and hair conditioning properties. Caprylyl Glycol in Skin Care
As we all know, hexanediol is now the most widely used preservative. However, most of the hexylene glycols circulating on the market are industrial grade products with odor. Not only hexanediol, but other preservatives produced by Xincheng Materials are proud of their high quality. Caprylyl glycol, which is widely used, pentylene glycol, which is less irritating to the skin, and ethylhexyl glycerin, which is powerful, all have the characteristics of extremely high purity and no odor like water.
