Indication

This product is suitable for patients who need high protein, high energy, easily digestible fat and limited fluid intake, including: 1. Patients with metabolic stress, especially burn patients; 2. Usage and Dosage

This product is used by tube feeding or oral administration. The daily dosage should be calculated according to the patient's weight and nutritional status. 1. Patients who use this product as the only source of nutrition: the recommended average dose is 20-30ml (30-45kcal)/kg per day based on body weight. 2. Patients who use this product to supplement nutrition: use 500ml (750kcal) per day. When administering by tube feeding, the dose should be gradually increased. The rate on the first day is about 20ml per hour, and then increase by 20ml per hour every day. The maximum drip rate is 125ml per hour or according to the patient's tolerance. Adjust the infusion rate by gravity or pump.

Adverse Reactions

Gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea may occur if the drug is administered too quickly or in excessive amounts.

Precautions

1. Diseases that prohibit enteral nutrition: such as intestinal obstruction, small intestinal weakness, acute pancreatitis. 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, decreased protein tolerance. 3. Congenital metabolic disorders of the nutrients in this product.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: This product is formulated according to the nutritional requirements of adults and is mainly used in adult patients. There is less clinical experience in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women in the first three months of pregnancy and women of childbearing age should not take more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day. This factor should be considered when this product is used with other nutritional preparations containing vitamin A. Precautions for the elderly: This product is suitable for elderly patients.

Drug Interactions

This product contains vitamin K. Patients using coumarin anticoagulants should be aware of drug interactions.

Store below 25℃, do not freeze, keep sealed. After opening, store in refrigerator (2-10℃) for up to 24 hours. Valid for 12 months.
