Qingdao organizes the supervision and inspection of chemical safety production

According to the requirements of the provincial and municipal government offices for the special renovation of safety in production and the relevant deployment for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Qingdao Special Action Office of Chemical Industry has recently set up four working groups to supervise and inspect the implementation of 100-day safety in production operations in various districts and municipalities.

The supervision and inspection was led by the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology respectively. With the cooperation of relevant law enforcement personnel and experts, various measures were taken, such as discussion, information access, on-site inspection, etc., to carry out chemical production and storage, operation and transportation of dangerous chemicals in various districts and cities. Link enterprises are supervised and selected to check some enterprises. From the perspective of supervision and inspection, all districts and municipalities attach great importance to the special rectification and fortification actions for the safety production of chemical enterprises and chemical parks. The special action office of chemical industry gives full play to the role of "overall planning, coordination and supervision", integrates resources, refines measures, utilizes various forms, resolutely prevents and curbs chemical production safety accidents, and ensures chemical enterprises. The industry runs smoothly. The spot check shows that some enterprises still have some problems and hidden dangers. A total of 77 chemical enterprises were inspected by the supervision and inspection. Among them, 63 enterprises found 176 potential problems. The law enforcement departments required 18 rectifications on the spot and 158 rectifications within a time limit. After the supervision and inspection, the working groups gave written feedback to the relevant districts and municipalities, demanding that the rectification be carried out. In order to maintain the safety development trend of chemical enterprises, the Qingdao Chemical Special Action Office will carry out a 100-day "look back" campaign before the National Day to urge all districts and municipalities to deepen the investigation and remedy of hidden dangers in chemical industry and chemical industry parks.
