Henan joint action promotion meeting on food safety

On October 24, the joint action working group of Henan Province on food safety issues held a joint action promotion meeting to report the progress of the joint action and deploy the next phase of key work. Ma Linqing, leader of the joint action working group and Secretary of the Party group of Henan market supervision bureau, presided over the meeting and made a speech. It is reported that the joint action mainly includes four aspects of public concern, including illegal behaviors in food production and operation, false publicity and illegal sales of health food, campus food safety and quality and safety of agricultural products, involving 14 departments including market supervision, public security, education, agriculture and rural areas. The meeting emphasized that all relevant departments should take the leadership responsibility, strengthen the organizational leadership, carefully arrange the deployment, make clear the progress of measures, implement the specific tasks, and promote the solution of the people's strong pain points, difficulties and focal points. The responsibility of the work shall be compacted, the subject of responsibility, time limit of progress and specific measures shall be defined, and the implementation shall be carried out item by item in the spirit of nailing.

We should focus on the key points of rectification, intensify rectification and investigation, resolutely investigate and deal with a number of cases, destroy a number of fake and shoddy products, ban a number of illegal subjects, severely punish a number of illegal criminals, expose a number of typical cases, improve a number of institutional mechanisms, and let the people feel the real effect. It is necessary to strengthen departmental cooperation, enhance overall awareness, strengthen coordination and cooperation, and effectively form joint efforts. All departments should strengthen the linkage between the top and the bottom, and make sure to link up front and back, connect the top and the bottom, and promote the whole. We should adhere to the principle of "treating both the symptoms and the symptoms" and strive to rectify, summarize and build at the same time. We should raise the effective practices in joint action to an operable and executable system in a timely manner. According to the report, since the four departments including the State Administration of market supervision and other departments jointly deployed the joint action of rectifying food safety issues, 14 departments including the market supervision bureau of Henan Province and the Public Security Department of Henan Province have rapidly established the organization and coordination mechanism of the joint action of Henan Province, and set up six special working groups, which are linked up and down, to vigorously promote the special rectification work in the field of food safety. Up to now, the provincial market supervision system has supervised and inspected 427000 food production and operation enterprises, 33258 batches of edible agricultural products, found 617 batches of unqualified products, filed 4349 cases, fined 23 million yuan and transferred 57 cases to judicial organs. Carry out special cleaning and rectification of the health food industry, investigate and deal with 496 illegal cases and fine RMB 2.03 million; carry out special checking action of false and illegal "health advertising", investigate and deal with 1289 illegal advertising cases and fine RMB 14.36 million. To strengthen the management of school canteens and issue 6968 monitoring opinions, 2180 responsible interviews, ordered 3916 rectification, banned the 33 schools of unlicensed operation of school canteens, and filed 136 cases. The implementation of the "bright kitchen" school cafeteria in the province has more than 2.3, including "Internet + bright kitchen" more than 1.6, which has promoted the improvement of the safety level of school canteens. We publicized the ways of reporting, mobilized the participation of the masses, received 9338 clues from the masses, verified (accepted) 6284, and handled 1155 cases.
