OQ Chemicals launches biomass-balanced NPG Diheptanoate for cosmetics

OQ Chemicals has launched OxBalance Neopentyl Glycol Diheptanoate (NPG Diheptanoate), a biomass-balanced, lightweight emollient ester for cosmetics certified to the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) PLUS program. This follows the successful launch of the conventional version a year ago. It outperforms cyclic silicones (D5), which are being phased out by EU regulations. OxBalance NPG Diheptanoate is particularly effective in sunscreen, color cosmetics, skincare, haircare and antiperspirant applications.
